Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring at least 50% of the product remains.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
